What is your returns and exchanges policy?

For items bought as advertised from our Etsy store, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. However, due of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for bespoke or personalised orders.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
